How it works

From your question to an organized review

Start with what you want to understand. We help bring together the useful records and evidence, then organize the findings into a report for discussion with your cancer care team. The report distinguishes considerations for the decision in front of you from those that may become relevant later.

The practical details

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about what the review is, what it needs, and how it fits alongside your existing care.

What does my personalized review include?

It brings your case context, a clear clinical impression, reference-supported recommendations, treatment and testing considerations, potentially relevant clinical trials, and focused questions for your cancer care team into one organized report.

What information should I share?

Useful records may include your most recent oncology note, pathology, imaging summaries, laboratory results, molecular testing, and treatment history. You can begin with what you already know. We help identify what else may be useful and support you in bringing the case together.

How long does a review take?

The typical seven-day review period begins after the needed information is available. It does not begin when you join the early-access list. If you have an upcoming decision, tell the team about the date and confirm what timing is possible.

Does Total Health replace my cancer care team?

No. Total Health provides educational decision support to help you understand evidence, uncertainty, and useful questions. Diagnosis and treatment decisions remain with the licensed clinicians responsible for your care.

How is my information protected?

Total Health separates the public website from the private member experience. Our privacy materials explain what information is collected, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Read our privacy policy
What happens after I request early access?

Enter your email on the early-access page. We will email you as capacity becomes available. Requesting access does not book an appointment or start a case review.

Can a report confirm my eligibility for a clinical trial?

No. A report may identify studies worth discussing, but current recruitment status and eligibility need confirmation with your treating team and the study site. A possible match does not reserve a place in a trial.

What kind of support should I look for?

Start with the task you need help with: understanding evidence, arranging appointments, managing costs, or seeking another medical opinion. Different services cover different needs.
