Scott Barrett, MD, is a medical oncologist and physician executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning academic medicine, clinical oncology, and biopharmaceutical drug development. After practicing academic medical oncology and clinical research for 15 years, he transitioned to industry and went on to hold senior clinical and C-suite leadership roles at both global pharmaceutical companies and emerging biotechnology firms. In these roles, he guided oncology programs from first-in-human studies through late-stage development, regulatory approval, and commercialization. Most recently, he served as Chief Clinical Lead at Pathos AI, where he combined his clinical oncology expertise with AI-enabled approaches to cancer drug development. Dr. Barrett completed his internal medicine training at Mayo Clinic and his medical oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, following his undergraduate education at Johns Hopkins University. He previously achieved certification and recertification in both Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology and active NYS State Medical licensure.

Jake Scott, MD, DPhil, is a physician-scientist and nationally recognized leader in precision oncology whose work spans mathematics, evolutionary biology, artificial intelligence, and clinical medicine. His work spans the full translational continuum, from mathematical models and experimental biology to clinical validation and implementation, with particular expertise in predicting treatment response and personalizing cancer therapy with machine learning.
A scientist and engineer trained at Princeton and Johns Hopkins, Farhan works across machine learning, computational biology, and genetic medicine. His research has appeared in leading scientific and technical publications.
A bioengineer and former healthcare investor, Eric has worked with ambitious teams applying AI to biology and medicine. He brings a patient-centered view of how scientific advances become useful, trusted products.
Daniel earned his JD from the University of Michigan and previously served as General Counsel at GeneDx and Sema4. He brings deep expertise in healthcare regulation, complex transactions, and scaling public companies.
